Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Office Assistant/Clerk in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

               

Job Key Details

  • Organize and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Develop and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Ensure timely collection and delivery of correspondences
  • Conduct receptionist tasks when called up on
  • Provide assistance to the office as required

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have relevant administration qualifications
  • Proven working experience in the same role is required
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written as well as problem-solving skills
  • Should have good knowledge of office management procedures
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • Should be familiar with office equipment
  • Must have good Ms Office suite skills
