Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Obtain and relay incoming telephone calls
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office
  • Offer high quality typing and administrative support in the office
  • Maintain paper filing systems
  • Plan the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery as well as equipment
  • Conduct any other related task as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of proven experience required
  • Good customer service skills with a positive attitude required
  • Computer application knowledge required
  • Only Indians or Pakistani are required to apply
