Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage and fill confidential information or documents
  • Manage office files and maintain an effective filing system
  • Organize appointments as well as reservations for the office staff
  • Handle all typing duties in the office
  • Preserve high standards of cleanliness or hygiene within the office
  • Collect, sort, register and distribute incoming mails
  • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role required
  • Must be female on husband visa
  • Only Indian candidates are required to apply
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi
  • Must have good computer application skills
  • Good telephone etiquettes
