Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Keep the office environment clean at all times
  • Communicate with customers and settle complaints
  • Prepare and update records ensuring accuracy as well as validity of information
  • Order for office supplies as and when necessary
  • Screen and share out communications in a timely manner
  • Conduct receptionist duties when necessary
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of related working experience
  • Strong knowledge office management procedures with the ability to work well with the office equipment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in MS Office suite
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Must be fluent in English
