Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle visitors as well as telephone calls
  • Maintain the office premises as well as equipment
  • Prepare gift cards and packing orders
  • Handle inventory in a proper way
  • Organize and share out incoming correspondence including mails and respond to inquiries
  • Assist in planting small size plant gifts (succulents) and water them once every 2 weeks
  • Make sure the office is cleaned and well maintained at all times
  • Conduct any other related course as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should be a graduate or Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Must be experienced or able to learn how to manage inventory or stocks
  • Must be very good with crafts
  • Must be experienced or able to learn how to handle customers
  • Should be ready to learn new skills
  • Excellent organization and handwriting skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to handle pressure
