Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage incoming calls as well as other communications
  • Conduct routine office support activities for example photocopying and delivering correspondences
  • Document information as may be required
  • Run office errands
  • Make sure the offices in the department are clean and tidy at all times
  • Conduct any other duties assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The incumbent must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an office assistant or similar position
  • Should be able to operate office machines
  • Must have good knowledge in filing and record keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer application skills
  • Only Asian candidates are required
