Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Conduct clerical tasks in the office
  • Receive visitors
  • Ensure the office is a clean and effective place to work from at all times
  • Make orders for office supplies as well as refreshments
  • Respond to incoming phone calls as well as other communications
  • Handle files, update paperwork as well as other documents
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Suitable candidates must demonstrate experience in the same or similar position
  • Should be able to work well under limited supervision
  • Must have a warm personality with good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge desired
  • Female Sri Lankan, Nepalese or Filipino candidates are required
  • Should be organized and a good time manager
