Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer administrative support to the staff members ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office
  • Collect and organize daily mail, deliveries or couriers
  • Assist in preparing various documents in the office as may be assigned
  • Conduct assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Attend to visitors through greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Preserve organized staff contacts for easy access and reference
  • Support the flow of information or communication in the office
  • Assess, screen and forward correspondence to and from the office
  • Analyze and prepare routine correspondence, update periodic reports, briefing notes etc to ensure correctness and accuracy
  • Prepare, maintain and update a filing system
  • Conduct other related duties as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Good computer application knowledge with excellent typing skills
  • Must be hardworking and highly organized
  • Should be presentable with a professional appearance
  • Male or female candidates can apply
  • Must be a good time manager with excellent communication skills
