Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Make sure the office is tidy at all times
- Assist in photocopying, scanning and organizing appropriate documents
- Screen and distribute incoming mail
- Assist in typing correspondence, meeting notes as well as forms among other documents as may be required
- Preserve accurate records and enter data as required
- Confirm the delivery of packages and distribute them accordingly
- Carry out any other assigned tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate should hold a relevant Diploma
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field required
- Must be familiar with office procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and get things done on time
- Male or female Indian candidates are required to apply
- Ability to effectively use the computer
