Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Make sure the office is tidy at all times
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning and organizing appropriate documents
  • Screen and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist in typing correspondence, meeting notes as well as forms among other documents as may be required
  • Preserve accurate records and enter data as required
  • Confirm the delivery of packages and distribute them accordingly
  • Carry out any other assigned tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate should hold a relevant Diploma
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field required
  • Must be familiar with office procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and get things done on time
  • Male or female Indian candidates are required to apply
  • Ability to effectively use the computer
