Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Support the operations functions including ensuring office supplies and services are available and maintained at appropriate levels
- Support repairs and maintenance of the office ensuring the general presentation of the office is up to the required standard
- Conduct occasional health and safety to ensure the office environment is safe and conducive
- Assist with events planning
- Respond to phones as well as emails
- Welcome and direct visitors, coordinate meetings as well as appointments
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Proven experience in the same or similar role required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Should have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to communicate well at all times
- Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
- Must be able to multitask and meet changing deadlines
