Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Support the operations functions including ensuring office supplies and services are available and maintained at appropriate levels
  • Support repairs and maintenance of the office ensuring the general presentation of the office is up to the required standard
  • Conduct occasional health and safety to ensure the office environment is safe and conducive
  • Assist with events planning
  • Respond to phones as well as emails
  • Welcome and direct visitors, coordinate meetings as well as appointments
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Proven experience in the same or similar role required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Should have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to communicate well at all times
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Must be able to multitask and meet changing deadlines
