Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage the payroll, clerical, secretarial as well as HR duties in the office
  • Collect and process office correspondences
  • Prepare and format documents
  • Respond to telephone calls as well as appointments
  • Maintain the security of office records, documents as well as equipment

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have relevant qualifications for this position
  • At least 2+ years of experience working as an office coordinator or in a similar position
  • Should be computer literate and familiar with Ms Office suite
  • Should be able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of business functions
