Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Plan appointments and the maintain diary
  • Manage and maintain effective office procedures as well as efficient work flows
  • Generate responses to routine correspondences
  • Prepare presentation as well as correspondence material using the appropriate computer packages
  • Assist in preparing documents
  • Maintain security of office records, documents as well as equipment
  • Respond to telephone calls as well as appointments
  • Welcome visitors as well as clients to the office
  • Maintain high standards of office cleanness
  • Draft routine correspondence and handle incoming as well as outgoing calls
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or any related course with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
  • Must be able to pay attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized and a good time manager
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Good leadership and management abilities
  • Should have good typing skills
