Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Plan appointments and the maintain diary
- Manage and maintain effective office procedures as well as efficient work flows
- Generate responses to routine correspondences
- Prepare presentation as well as correspondence material using the appropriate computer packages
- Assist in preparing documents
- Maintain security of office records, documents as well as equipment
- Respond to telephone calls as well as appointments
- Welcome visitors as well as clients to the office
- Maintain high standards of office cleanness
- Draft routine correspondence and handle incoming as well as outgoing calls
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or any related course with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
- Must be able to pay attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be organized and a good time manager
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office programs
- Good leadership and management abilities
- Should have good typing skills
