Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer administrative support services to the office staff
  • Manage office activities as well as operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company policies
  • Handle office phone calls as well as correspondence
  • Prepare and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial as well as other data
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as and when necessary
  • Maintain the security of office records, documents as well as equipment
  • Organize and schedule office meetings
  • Generate responses to regular correspondences
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant should hold a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar position is highly required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Must be familiar with office management procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Ms Office suite packages
  • Should have very good planning and organizing skills
