Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage office activities as well as operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Handle phone calls as well as correspondence
  • Assist the office visitors with a hospitable experience
  • Oversee the maintenance of office areas
  • Respond to calls, take messages and handle correspondence
  • Keep up diaries and organize appointments
  • Assist in typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Conduct new procedures as well as administrative systems
  • Assist in prioritizing workloads
  • Monitor and replace office supplies when necessary
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of related working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Must be familiar with the office management procedures
  • Good computer application skills
  • The jobholder must have a relevant UAE driving license
