Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Manage office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company policies
- Attend to phone calls as well as office correspondence
- Undertake human resource tasks as may be required
- Maintain the office furniture as well as equipment
- Make sure the office is in a good state at all times through managing the office support staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide suggestions for the monthly office budget
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The incumbent must have a Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Excellent organization, planning and administrative skills
- Should be trustworthy with a high level of integrity
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude
- Should be able to handle fast paced environments
- Good computer application knowledge required
