Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company policies
  • Attend to phone calls as well as office correspondence
  • Undertake human resource tasks as may be required
  • Maintain the office furniture as well as equipment
  • Make sure the office is in a good state at all times through managing the office support staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Provide suggestions for the monthly office budget
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The incumbent must have a Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent organization, planning and administrative skills
  • Should be trustworthy with a high level of integrity
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Should be able to handle fast paced environments
  • Good computer application knowledge required
