Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle budgeting as well as bookkeeping activities
  • Conduct reception duties for example answering calls as well as office correspondence
  • Provide required assistance to both online and walk-in clients
  • Monitor stock of office supplies and place orders as and when necessary
  • Make sure the office is in a good state through managing the office support staff to make sure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Conduct human resource duties as may be required
  • Organize and manage all departmental meetings
  • Make sure petty cash is spent within the set limits
  • Handle all incoming as well as outgoing communication and correspondence
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should hold a Diploma or Degree in a Business related course
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an office administrator
  • Good organization, planning and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Must have a high level of integrity and trustworthy
  • Should be a good computer user including Ms Office suite
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
