Job Summary: Looking for an Office Admin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Direct office activities as well as operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company policies
- Oversee administrative staff and assign responsibilities to them
- Handle phone calls as well as correspondence
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks for example invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable as well as budget tracking
- Monitor office supplies stock and make orders as and when necessary
- Respond to emails and prepare relevant documents as may be required
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The incumbent must have relevant qualifications for this position
- At least 3+ years of experience working as an office administrator or any related position
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Must be familiar with office management procedures as well as basic accounting principles and have good Ms Office knowledge
