Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Admin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Direct office activities as well as operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company policies
  • Oversee administrative staff and assign responsibilities to them
  • Handle phone calls as well as correspondence
  • Conduct bookkeeping tasks for example invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable as well as budget tracking
  • Monitor office supplies stock and make orders as and when necessary
  • Respond to emails and prepare relevant documents as may be required
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The incumbent must have relevant qualifications for this position
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as an office administrator or any related position
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Must be familiar with office management procedures as well as basic accounting principles and have good Ms Office knowledge
