Job Summary:
Responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring timely turnover of business for effective service delivery. Focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels for coordinated sales efforts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, and trade shows.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and support operational aspects of booked business.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals and understand market trends and competitor dynamics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer loyalty through service excellence.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience,
    OR
    4-year bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1 year of experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales and marketing or a related area is preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
