Responsibilities Purchasing and Inventory Management Generate accurate reports and presentations. Ensure sanitation compliance and assist with purchasing to maintain quality and profitability. Manage inventory rotation and safeguard storeroom assets. Verify shipments and maintain inventory controls. Complete administrative tasks and communicate pricing/product availability. Accounting and Compliance Apply accounting knowledge to purchasing, ensuring compliance with laws and standards. Utilize computer systems for data processing and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge. Leadership and Team Support Lead by example, addressing disciplinary issues and conducting timely performance reviews. Set and achieve performance, budget, and team goals. Monitor taxes and ensure accurate documentation of profits and losses. Communication and Problem-Solving Provide information and solve problems by analyzing data and interacting with staff and vendors. Use computer programs to manage invoices, update items, and costs. Property Operations Support Collaborate on operational strategy and ensure alignment with the brand’s business goals. Review guest feedback to identify improvement areas and ensure corrective actions. Conduct property walk-throughs, assess operational opportunities, and review financial performance. Communicate departmental goals clearly to achieve desired results.

Job Summary: Responsible for following established procedures in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing and payment of items. Formulates an approved vendors list encompassing all categories.

 

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major. or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or a related field.
