Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and motivated Massage Therapist to join our Recreation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a range of therapeutic massage treatments to guests and leisure club members, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage techniques, including kneading, rubbing, and stroking, to stimulate circulation and relax muscles.
• Administer additional treatments such as steam, dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or hydrotherapy as requested.
• Provide personalized recommendations for remedial exercises and relaxation techniques to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided to clients for future reference.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, oils, and candles.
• Handle reservations for massages and other spa treatments efficiently.
• Deliver services in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable about club facilities, membership options, and pricing for treatments.
• Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and ensure client safety throughout all procedures.
• Assist in training and guiding junior therapists as needed.

Requirements:

• Certified Massage Therapist with expertise in various massage techniques and treatments.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or spa environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and hygiene standards in a spa setting.

Level of Education:

• Certification in Massage Therapy or related field.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Massage Therapist in a professional environment.
