Responsibilities |
Provide support to the marketing team on a daily basis for all marketing activities, campaigns and projects. Admin support - managing quotes and coordinating approvals with various suppliers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand marketing requirements. Create marketing briefs for design team and agencies. Drafting/managing translation of marketing material. Ensure the website content for the hotel is fully updated, in line with the standards established for website content. Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximise the value of the Jumeirah brand. Clearly communicate the latest marketing offers to Public Relations and Communications teams. Track productivity of each marketing activity planned and executed using the CRM system. Provide the required marketing support to the different departments including Operations, Corporate, GCC, Leisure and Groups Sales. Execute projects related to photography and arrange photo/video shoots in adherence to brand Photography Style Guidelines. |
