Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue for the hotel. This includes managing advertising, promotions, digital marketing, public relations, and creating marketing materials. The role ensures the hotel's positive exposure in local, national, and international markets while supporting overall business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies, including digital marketing, PR, and advertising.
  • Create and manage content for online and offline platforms, including social media and website.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to produce marketing collateral such as flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain relationships with media and press for coverage of hotel events and promotions.
  • Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible hours, including occasional weekends and events.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in a marketing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
