Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team in all areas of brand building, content creation, social media management, PR events, and advertising. This role requires creativity, innovation, and commitment to enhance the hotel’s visibility and brand reputation, while contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media and Content Creation:
- Manage the hotel's social media platforms, creating engaging and on-brand content to drive audience engagement.
- Develop promotional materials, website content, and email campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to refine strategies and improve reach.
- Public Relations and Advertising:
- Write and distribute press releases, blog posts, and promotional copy across various channels.
- Coordinate and execute PR events, ensuring effective promotion and media coverage.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop advertising campaigns aligned with brand standards.
- Brand Management:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to elevate the hotel's brand presence.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand identity and messaging guidelines.
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute ideas to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience in copywriting and PR.
- Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum 24 months of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications role, preferably in hospitality.
