Responsibilities | Collaborate with key We are on the lookout for a passionate revenue management professional who can drive revenue management for our Aquaventure World marine & waterpark at Atlantis Dubai, and lead by example to others in the revenue management and waterpark teams. As a Manager, Revenue Management – Marine & Waterpark, you will fully utilise available tools and systems to maximise all revenue streams, and apply all facets of pricing, demand analysis, selling strategies and tactics in accordance with worldwide best practices. You will conduct and implement revenue management strategies throughout the marine & waterpark to identify all opportunities to find the right price for the right customer, at the right time, with a focus on increasing revenues. A large part of this role will be developing competitive research and conducting industry benchmarks to provide background information for the entire pricing strategy and ensure available technology (Galaxy & KCRS/E-channels and Reporting Plus) is fully utilised and understood according to property specific business mix and requirements. You will ensure optimal use, and measure performance on all distribution channels, to ensure that fair market share is achieved if not surpassed, e.g., Atlantis.com, DMCs, concierge, and e-channels (OTAs), and assist the sales & marketing team in devising marketing campaigns, to ensure that the hotel reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right place. You will also lead strategies and tactics to drive profitable visitation to the marine & waterpark to identify and propose the ticket/package pricing strategy by segments with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality, as well as identify and propose tactical offers to generate incremental revenues.stakeholders for system updates, improvements, and replacements. Collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and budgets. Review tender packages, RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s for new products. Provide project management, following the Kerzner Project Management Framework. Establish and maintain integrations between business systems. Liaise with the hospitality applications- and technology teams on integrations. Liaise with the Global Finance team on ERP systems and their integrations. Drive and implement office automation and collaboration initiatives. Review and identify business processes and policies to enhance collaboration and communication. Actively engage with business leaders, other departments, and property IT to drive business system initiatives and communication. Maintaining ICT brand standards for IT equipment and business systems. Specific applications include: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and related (Microsoft Platform). HRMS, incl. Time & Attendance and Payroll (SAP). Expense Management (SAP Concur). Finance and ERP (iScala). ▪ Financial Budgeting (Hyperion). Contract Management (Zycus). Ticketing & Asset Management System (Service Desk / Manage Engine). |

Requirements:
The successful Revenue Manager – Marine & Waterpark candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar manager level role, and ideally come from a waterpark, theme park, or similar entertainment industry, or alternatively you will have a 5* hospitality background. It will also be advantageous If you have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related field, as well as strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills (Excel, PMS, CRS, Web).
You will also have strong leadership skills and have experience managing a small team, having demonstratable experience guiding a team and being able to motivate them to achieve their goals and fulfil their responsibilities.
