Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Sales Manager to join our Gastronomy team at Atlantis, The Royal. In this role, you will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with luxury brands and exceptional service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing accounts while actively developing new business for Atlantis, The Royal and Gastronomy.
- Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements with luxury brands to enhance revenue streams.
- Optimize commercial opportunities related to events, groups, stays, pop-ups, and luxury brand collaborations within the hotel.
- Keep comprehensive and accurate sales data and action plans aligned with budget expectations, cost of sale, and ROI analysis.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of current and potential trends in the hospitality industry.
- Coordinate and oversee all sales activities to maintain and increase revenue through business volume and rate enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to create innovative promotional strategies and packages.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns to drive growth in key segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights for decision-making.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and develop new business leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales management role within a 5-star resort, hotel, or similar luxury environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and its trends is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and create actionable strategies for improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience in Months:
24-36 months of relevant experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality sector
