Responsibilities | Condensed Responsibilities for Security and Safety Property Patrol and Security: Patrol the property, secure rooms, assist with guest room access, and monitor CCTV and alarms. Authorize and document access to secured areas. Emergency Response: Conduct drills, safety inspections, and investigations. Respond to emergencies, administer first aid/CPR, and complete reports while maintaining confidentiality. Conflict Resolution: Defuse disturbances, handle complaints, and escort unwelcome persons. Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and manage safety hazards. Team Support: Assist in training and motivating employees, serve as a role model, and maintain positive working relationships. Professional Conduct: Follow company policies, report incidents, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Ensure professional appearance and communication. Physical and Technical Tasks: Respond swiftly to situations, perform physical tasks, inspect tools/equipment, and use computers for work-related tasks. Guest Interaction: Welcome and assist guests, anticipate needs, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Ensure adherence to quality standards. |

Related Work Experience: At least 2-years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1-year of supervisory experience.
