Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Lobby Lounge Waitress for Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will ensure our guests have an exceptional experience, delivering personalized service and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Present and explain the Lobby Lounge menu, offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and organized service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain high service standards and deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area, ensuring all tables are properly set and arranged.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, working with colleagues and the Service Manager to resolve any issues.
  • Assist with special requests and accommodate guest preferences, including dietary requirements and seating arrangements.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout service operations.
  • Actively contribute to team efforts by supporting fellow staff members during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.

Level of Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is an advantage.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
