Assisting guests with questions, concerns, and providing information about pool usage and safety. Ensuring the cleanliness of pool areas and performing routine checks of equipment and facilities. Keeping accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and any maintenance issues. Keeping certifications up to date (e.g., lifeguard, CPR, first aid) and participating in ongoing training sessions as required by the hotel. Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Proactively identifying potential hazards and taking steps to prevent accidents.

We’re looking for a Lifeguard who under the guidance of Wellness and Marina Manager ensure the safety of our guests at aquatic facilities by monitoring activities, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, providing first aid, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting water safety education while they enjoy our swimming facilities.

 

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • High school education or similar qualification in similar field is required
  • Life guard and First Aid license
  • Able to work in outdoor facilities
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent customer skills

 

Responsibilities:
