Responsibilities Oversee linen room standards and procedures. Open/close shifts and ensure smooth handovers. Distribute and collect keys, manage calls, and handle employee grievances. Allocate tasks based on volume and peak times. Perform quality inspections and coordinate with Housekeeping. Ensure timely processing and delivery of uniforms and linens. Conduct stock-takes, shift briefings, and lead employee engagement activities. Recommend training and standard improvements. Maintain knowledge of laundry systems and manage laundry calls. Prioritize VIP requests and manage special guest requests. Supervise laundry storage, inventories, and special projects. Assist in budget preparation and implement cost-saving measures. Build positive relationships with guests and staff, exceeding their expectations. Uphold hotel brand standards and maintain product knowledge. Assist and escort guests, provide hotel information, and manage outsourced laundry services. Ensure uniforms meet quality standards.

Job Summary:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (5* hotel)
