Job Summary: Ensure smooth operations by delivering items and providing support across various hotel departments, including housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office. Contribute to a memorable guest experience by fulfilling requests and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver items to guests and support different hotel departments as needed.
• Ensure safety, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for proper use and functionality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication standards.
• Stand, sit, walk, and move through confined or elevated spaces, including stairways and service ramps.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
