Job Summary: Plays a crucial role in the overall operation of the restaurant within the hospitality establishment. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Asst. Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving financial targets.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
● 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain high food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock to control costs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Promote teamwork and excellent customer service.
• Ensure a memorable dining experience with attentive service and quality food.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Implement service standards to exceed guest expectations.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition.
• Identify revenue opportunities and implement sales strategies.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Represent the restaurant at industry and community events.
