Job Summary:
Serve wine and champagne, provide wine recommendations, and manage inventory while maintaining excellent guest service and upholding company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve wine and champagne, including proper opening and presentation.
- Maintain and update wine lists and inventory systems.
- Provide wine pairing recommendations, conduct wine tastings, and educate staff on wine offerings.
- Ensure compliance with local alcohol service laws, maintain wine cellar, and monitor inventory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: None.
- License/Certification: None.
