Job Summary:
Serve wine and champagne, provide wine recommendations, and manage inventory while maintaining excellent guest service and upholding company policies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve wine and champagne, including proper opening and presentation.
  • Maintain and update wine lists and inventory systems.
  • Provide wine pairing recommendations, conduct wine tastings, and educate staff on wine offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local alcohol service laws, maintain wine cellar, and monitor inventory.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: None.
  • License/Certification: None.
