Job Qualifications and Experience
- To qualify for this position, possess a Degree in a relevant course
- Practical experience in the same role required
- Ability to train and work with staff on a variety of technology tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a wide range of computer hardware and software experience and a willingness to learn new and emerging technologies
- Ability to handle windows server, connect network devices, setup user accounts and troubleshoot or repair computers and printers
- Strong technical knowledge required
