Responsibilities An opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Intern to join Burj Al Arab Jumeirah .The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Support the delivery and execution of L&D initiatives. Provide L&D services and support to all the departments. Play a key role in data collection, analysis and action planning for the property.  Coordinate and schedule various learning activities as needed.  Take ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning system and application.  Ensure a collaborative work environment and “can do attitude” with all colleagues.  Responsible for all property L&D administrative activities.  Reporting Learning Data – for example LMS Reports Assignments, Completions & Attendance. Learning System support – LMS course creations & audience assignment.  The L&D Intern will provide administrative support for Learning and Development function, facilitating a smooth implementation of the company’s training plan to maintain a skilled and productive workforce.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and verbal business English.
  • Demonstrated international level- Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective Presentation Skills.
