Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, including walk-ins, convection ovens, dishwashers, ice machines, and exhaust systems.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, boilers, air-conditioning systems, and heating equipment, making necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Perform corrective maintenance, replacing defective parts such as compressors, heat exchangers, thermostats, valves, and motors.
• Track and prioritize repair tasks, ensuring timely response and reduced downtime.
• Install and calibrate systems, including copper tubing, leak tests, and insulation of pipes.
• Maintain HVAC-related records, including time, labor, and material logs.
• Ensure pool chemical levels are compliant with safety regulations and perform maintenance such as backwashing and super chlorination.
• Regularly inspect and clean plant rooms, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining electrical components, control systems, and wiring as needed.
