Your role will be included but not limited to:

· Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in guest rooms, public areas, and recreational spaces

· Respond promptly to HVAC-related requests reported by guests and staff, providing efficient and effective solutions

· Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems, optimizing performance and energy efficiency

· Conduct regular inspections and performance tests to identify and address potential HVAC issues proactively

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards for luxury hospitality

· Coordinate with other technicians and departments to enhance overall efficiency and comfort within the hotel

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

· Proven experience as an HVAC technician

· In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications related to HVAC installations

· Strong diagnostic skills, with a keen attention to detail

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and management
