We are currently recruiting for a full time Human Resources Specialists to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

 

Job Summary: The Human Resources Specialists will manage all the office administration, conduct and coordinate all the resourcing activities, support in colleague engagement programs and ensure all the necessary payroll related tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Human Resources specialist will also work closely with the Learning & Quality head to orient new employees on organizational policies, procedures, and benefits. The Human Resources Specialists will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, competent speaking skills along with sound judgment and decision-making skills. The following are some of the expected knowledge and skills for this role;

 

Requirements:

Ideally with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources. Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous. Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Full understanding of Human Resources functions and best practices.
