Be the Brand ambassador for our culture, demonstrating an eagerness to embrace Hyatt’s Purpose of CARE and bring them to life through our Shared Values to colleagues. Assist with the drafting of job descriptions for new roles and updating for the existing roles once approved by the team. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and follow the start to finish process of the new colleagues onboarding. Arrange as well as participate in employee engagement and events. Contribute to implement our values in our daily tasks and procedures. Support the Human resources department in organizing employee workshops and trainings. Updating accurate training records for all learning initiatives conducted at the hotel. Assist in tracking records and data. Maintain accurate records of all documentation pertaining to the HR department to ensure 100% compliance to local laws, company regulations and any other statutory requirements. Support the team in administration of the colleague benefits program (EVP, Total Rewards). |
