Job Summary:      Looking for HR Officer in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Support the hiring processes through posting job opportunities and handling the communication with shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare, sort and share contracts, notifications as well as any other written communication to the staff members
  • Make sure all new staff have filled in all forms and to make sure they have provided all necessary paper work
  • Organize the interview venue and coordinate the interview program
  • Make sure all new recruits have signed all necessary correspondences
  • Record complaints as well as grievances and communicate them to management in a timely manner
  • Prepare all necessities needed for initial orientation to newly hired staff members
  • Contribute to all HR related clerical work as needed
  • Any other relevant tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of experience in the same field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Must have good knowledge of office software packages
  • Must have good knowledge of spread sheet as well as database packages
  • Must be familiar with the UAE labor law
  • Only Arab candidates are required
