Job Summary:      Looking for HR Officer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle hiring duties through posting job opportunities as well as communication with shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare, sort and share out contracts, notifications as well as any other written communication to the staff members
  • Make sure all new recruits have completed all necessary paperwork
  • Handle staff relationships and welfare matters
  • Revise staffing database periodically and prepare employee records
  • Plan orientation sessions for newly hired staff
  • Prepare letters of appointments, confirmation as well as promotion for the staff members
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise in the use of computers as well as office software packages
  • Should be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
  • Must be familiar with labor law of UAE
