Job Summary:      Looking for HR Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Support the recruitment process through preparing job descriptions, posting ads as well as managing the hiring process
  • Prepare and implement effective on-boarding plans
  • Offer counseling on policies as well as procedures where necessary
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Manage the employee filing system
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives as well as systems in the company
  • Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
  • Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must have good computer application knowledge
