Job Summary:      Looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Follow up, guide and supervise housekeepers’ work
• Create work plans for housekeepers
• Assess cleanliness of the area with frequent spot checks daily
• Offer intensive inductions for new staff
• Regularly review performance of housekeepers and provide training to address performance gaps if any
• Oversee cleaning, mopping as well as sterilizing all the areas
• Make sure all relevant polices as well as standards are met and upheld
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
• Must be hardworking and committed to delivering excellent results
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Should be self-driven and results oriented
