Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests, ensuring proper access procedures. Key Success Factors: Assist in hiring, training, and motivating employees while serving as a role model. Follow safety policies, report hazards, and ensure proper storage of materials. Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and meet quality standards. Build positive working relationships and communicate effectively. Perform physical tasks, such as moving and lifting objects, pushing housekeeping carts, and operating equipment. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, with attention to detail. Complete other duties as assigned. |

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
