Job Summary: Looking for experienced and talented House Manager / Personal Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Drop and pick the kid from school
- Manage the house and perform some house choirs such as cleaning and cooking meals for the family
- Handle correspondence and phone calls.
- Deal with diaries and arrange meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the owner.
- Reserve and arrange travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organize events pertaining to owners instructions
- Meet visitors and treat them with courtesy.
- Carry out any other duty concerning house management, secretarial works and other personal assistant concerns.
- Ensure the manager is fully prepared for meetings and work
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate for House Manager / PA must have relevant qualifications for this role
- The jobholder must have prove working experience in the same or related role
- The right candidate should have full knowledge of managing household choirs
- Should be a female Filipino with a valid driving license
- Experience in personal assistant work required
- The applicant should be fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- The required candidate must be neat, smart, flexible and able to handle pressure
- Familiarity with visa applications, renewals and any government applications will be required
- Excellent communication and time management abilities required
