Job Summary:
As a Hotel Host in the Food & Beverage department, you will be the face of our service team, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from their first interaction. Your role is to deliver an exceptional dining experience through personalized service and attention to detail, in line with Hyatt's brand standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Understand guest preferences and dietary needs, offering recommendations accordingly.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring each dish is presented perfectly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address guest concerns or special requests with creativity and empathy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
  • Support team members by assisting with setup, service, and post-service tasks.
  • Stay updated on menu offerings and actively contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different guest needs and requests.
  • Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.

 

Level of Education:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time position with flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
