Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk. Assist in hiring, training, and managing housekeeping staff. Follow safety and security policies, report issues, and complete necessary paperwork. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Address guest needs and ensure quality service. Handle physical tasks like moving and lifting objects. Use computers and POS systems for work-related tasks. Perform other duties as needed.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
