Job Summary:
The Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. The role involves greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the service staff as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure efficient flow of guests and orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and services.
• Assist in managing the inventory of menus and other restaurant materials.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Support the service team during peak hours by assisting with basic service tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Positive and welcoming demeanor with a guest-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Already based in the UAE.

Level of Education:
Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.

Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 12 months in hospitality or restaurant operations. Experience as a hostess is a plus.
