Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Hostess to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. In this role, you will create a welcoming first impression for guests, ensuring they receive excellent service and high standards throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a positive first impression and maintaining eye contact.
• Monitor the waiting list and inform guests of their estimated wait times.
• Escort guests to their assigned dining area and present menus, announcing the waiter's name.
• Utilize visual cues to seat guests according to their preferences in the bar or dining area.
• Communicate current promotions to guests and provide a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information about the restaurant.
• Manage the flow of guests in dining and bar areas, ensuring efficient seating.
• Engage in natural conversations with guests to attend to their needs and requests.
• Observe and respond to guests' needs during their dining experience, ensuring high-quality service.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the establishment and patrons.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in a four or five-star hotel or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and guests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining performance standards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation and management software is preferred.
