Job Summary:

The Head Waitress at Atlantis Dubai is responsible for delivering exceptional fine dining service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless service. This role involves hands-on support for colleagues, enhancing guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to team members to ensure high standards of service.
• Greet and seat guests, establishing a friendly and professional rapport.
• Advise guests on menu items and promotional offerings, showcasing in-depth menu knowledge.
• Monitor food and beverage consistency and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate significant complaints to management.
• Assist with training new waitstaff on service standards and restaurant protocols.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Support restaurant management in daily operational tasks and service improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Strong team player with multitasking abilities.
• Knowledgeable in food and beverage, with attention to detail in service delivery.

Level of Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum 24 months in a similar role.
