Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Head Hostess for Cloud 22 at Atlantis, The Royal. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences, ensuring seamless service, and leading the hosting team in one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate efficiently with the bar and dining teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Address guest inquiries and special requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the hosting team, providing training and guidance to maintain service standards.
- Monitor dining area conditions and coordinate with staff to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Anticipate and resolve any potential service issues or guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in developing and implementing service protocols to enhance the guest experience.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting restaurant offerings, events, and special menus.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests with recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate the hosting team effectively.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hospitality software is preferred.
- A proactive and guest-focused mindset, with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- International experience or exposure in a luxury setting is a plus.
Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certifications are advantageous.
Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Months:
24 months or more in a hosting, guest relations, or front-of-house role within a high-end hospitality environment.
